Web design for towing companies

Towing websites built for someone stuck on the shoulder

Nobody browses a towing website. They're on a phone, in a hurry, sometimes in the dark. We build towing sites where the number is the first thing they see and every page answers "can you get to me, and can you tow this?"

What a towing website has to do

  1. Put the phone number everywhere

Top bar, header and the first screen, all tap-to-call, and big enough to hit with a thumb.

  2. Say whether you're open

An open/closed indicator based on your real hours. After hours, it tells people how to reach you anyway.

  3. Answer "can you tow this?"

Services by vehicle: cars, motorcycles, classics and exotics, heavy duty, equipment. Photos of your own trucks doing it.

  4. Catch the drivers who don't need a tow

Lockouts, fuel, jump starts and flats are quick jobs, and those customers call you again.

  5. Rank in the towns you actually cover

Service-area content Google can read, not one paragraph listing every town.

  6. Be first when someone searches "tow truck near me"

Local Services Ads and call-only Google Ads, tracked by the call, so you know what each tow cost to win. See Google Ads.

Questions

Can you add a cash-for-cars or junk car page?

Yes. We built one for Capitol Valley Towing: a three-step flow (get a quote, schedule pickup, get paid) on its own page so it doesn't get in the way of emergency calls.

We don't have professional photos. Is that a problem?

Usually the opposite. Real photos of your trucks and real jobs beat stock photos every time. We pick the best of what you have and tell you what to shoot next.

Do you work with towing companies outside California?

Yes. We're based in Sacramento and build for clients across the US.
