The short version: this site doesn't use cookies, analytics or ad trackers. We only get personal information when you email us, and we don't sell or share it for advertising.
Who we are
Vitrine Marketing is a marketing studio based in Sacramento, California. This policy covers vitrinemarketing.com. Questions go to contact@vitrinemarketing.com.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address and anything you include, such as your business details and links to your website or ads.
- Basic technical data. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub may log your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and to run the service (GitHub's privacy statement). Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details (Google's privacy policy).
- No cookies or tracking. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or session recording on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy before it does.
How we use it
To reply to you, quote and deliver our work, keep business records and meet legal obligations. That's all.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We only pass it to services we use to run the business, such as our email providers, and only as much as they need. We'll disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
As long as we're talking or working together, and afterward only as long as we need it for records, taxes or legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@vitrinemarketing.com; we'll reply within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for asking. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we extend them to everyone.
Do Not Track
We don't track visitors over time or across other websites, so we don't change anything in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; there is nothing to switch off.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Our case studies link to our clients' websites and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply there.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we'll say so here.
